myCloud will sunset January 1, 2027.

After nearly nine years of service, East Rock is transitioning away from myCloud. Continued storage growth, hardware and chip shortages, replacement-part availability and rising energy costs have made maintaining and repairing the infrastructure increasingly impractical.

All existing data will be preserved. Record Label In-A-Box and East Rock's newer services will replace the workflows currently provided through myCloud. Additional transition information will be provided before the service is retired.
